“Sustainability in Creative and Cultural Programme: ASEAN and Beyond”

អ្នកស្រី សូ ភីណា នាយិកាសមាគមស៊ីកាដា ត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញដោយក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ រួមជាមួយលោក អឿន មករា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការនៃក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកម្មវិធី «និរន្តរភាពក្នុងកម្មវិធីឧស្សាហកម្មច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋ និងវប្បធម៌៖ អាស៊ាន និងតំបន់ដទៃទៀត» នៅក្នុងរដ្ឋ ក្ល័នត័ន (Kelantan) នៃសហព័ន្ធម៉ាលេសុី។ លោក មករា បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីក្របខ័ណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយស្តីពី ឧស្សាហកម្មវប្បធម៌ និងច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋ ព្រមទាំងណែនាំពីនិន្នាការនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យនេះផងដែរ។ អ្នកស្រី សូ ភីណា នាយិកាសមាគមស៊ីកាដាក៏បានឆ្លៀតឱកាសដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នោះ  ណែនាំសមាគមស៊ីកាដា និងតួនាទីសំខាន់រ​បស់ខ្លួន  ក្នុងនាមជាសង្គមស៊ីវិលមួយ ដែលគាំទ្រឧស្សាហកម្មវប្បធម៌ និងច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋ តាមរយៈការងារស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការផ្តល់ជាអនុសាសន៍ស្តីពីគោលនយោបាយ​​ទៅ​​​ដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា។

ក្រៅពីកម្ពុជា គណៈប្រតិភូមកពីប្រទេសប្រ៊ុយណេ ឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី ឡាវ និងម៉ាឡេស៊ី ថៃ វៀតណាម ភូមា និងម៉ាឡេស៊ី (ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ) បានចែករំលែក Best Practice ក្នុងវេទិកានេះផងដែរ។

អ្នកស្រី ភីណា បានឆ្លុះបញ្ជាំងថា «អ្វីដែលបានរៀនពីកម្មវិធីនេះគឺការធ្វើការងារជាធ្លុងមួយនៃភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដូចជា៖ វិស័យអប់រំ (មហោវិទ្យាល័យ) វិស័យវប្បធម៌ វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ភោជនីយដ្ឋាន ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍ ភ្នាក់ងារវប្បធម៌ក្នុងតំបន់ជាដើម រួមទាំងនិស្សិត និងប្រជាជនផងដែរ បានមករួមគ្នាធ្វើការងារនេះ ដើម្បីលើកស្ទួយវិស័យវប្បធម៌ និងច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋរបស់រដ្ឋក្ល័នត័ន។»

Ms. So Phina, Director of CICADA Association, was invited by the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, together with Mr. Oeun Makara, Director of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, to participate in the “Sustainability in Creative  and Cultural Programme: ASEAN and Beyond” in Kelantan state, the Federation of Malaysia. Mr. Makara presented a policy framework of Creative Industries as well as introduced trends in the development of the sector.

Ms. So Phina, Director of CICADA Association, also took this important opportunity to introduce CICADA, as an association and its important role as a civil society that supports the cultural and creative industries through research and policy recommendations to the Government and other stakeholders.

Apart from Cambodia, delegations from Brunei, Indonesia, Laos and Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Malaysia (hosts) also shared Best Practices from their own country at the forum.

Ms. Phina reflected that “What I has seen from this program is the collective work of a group of stakeholders, such as education ministry including universities, culture, tourism, restaurants, travel agencies, local cultural agencies, as well as students and people come together to promote the culture and creativity of Kelantan.”
